CANCELLATION POLICY: All deposits and subsequent payments are non-refundable. If you cancel within 90 days before final payment, you may be eligible to transfer your payments (not including deposit, plus cost of flights, if applicable) to another trip you book with Escape Travel Events LLC (affiliate of Sandy's Travel Connections) within 12 months of your original booking date. Your cancellation must be received in writing within 90 days of travel date departure to info@escapetravelevents.com. At 89 days or less, please refer to the terms and conditions of your travel insurance policy (if applicable). If reservation cancelled and you later decide to travel, your new reservation will be subject to the rates and availability at the time you re-book. In the event the event is sold out, we will place you on a wait list. However, your reservation is not guaranteed, and your payments will remain non-refundable. *Important Notice: Deposits for all bookings are non refundable, cancellation policy excludes any affiliate partner hosted event or trip reservations,  please refer to their cancellation policy (disclosures provided at time of booking).
