Payment Plan (5 Easy Payments): 

Following the inital deposit, the first payment installment will be due 20th of the following month.  You will receive reservation confirmation and welcome letter (will include payment schedule and details about how to make your payment) 10 business days of booking your reservation.

Provided full payment is received no later than Final Payment Due date, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel.  Passports are required to enter the Los Cabos, Mexico and must be within 6 months of the expiration date.   You will be flying into San José del Cabo International Airport (SJD).

RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY: All deposits and subsequent payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable.  ALL payments to Escape Travel Events LLC (affiliate of Sandy's Travel Connections) are non-refundable and non-transferable.  Escape Travel Events LLC (affiliate Sandy's Travel Connections) has contractual agreements with the hotels and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds.  This helps us keep the package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your trip.  It also allows us to provide you with the many exclusive amenities during your trip.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: We recommend that you purchase a travel protection plan to help protect you and your travel investment against the unexpected.  This is the only way to guarantee a full refund of any subsequent payments. Contact us to learn more about travel protection options.

If reservation cancelled and you later decide to travel, your new reservation will be subject to the rates and availability at the time you re-book. In the event we are sold out, we will place you on a wait list. However, your reservation is not guaranteed, and your payments will remain non-refundable and transferrable.

We do reserve the right to exchange hotel options for equal or better value, if needed.  Room categories include King and Doubles. Bedding is not guaranteed! We understand in a roomate situation, but we cannot guarantee that the hotel will honor that request at check in. The only way to guarantee single bed is to book a single room (one person in the room).  Booking reservation you are confirming that you are ok with sharing a king bed with your roomate.  Event itinerary and inclusions are subject to change without notice, updates will be provided at least 15 days prior to travel departure.  Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.
