Fares are subject to change until the reservation is secured with a deposit.  If you need to depart from a different airport orgin, please specify that on your registration form and we will contact you with flight options.   Fares can vary based on the purchase of a non refundable vs refundable fare or layover schedule, if you don't have a preference and interested in lowest fare please let us know on your registration form (this could decrease the package price).

FINAL BALANCE DUE - JUNE 21, 2021

Note:  Following initial deposit, final payment due June 21, 2021, if additional time is needed for final payment please specify on reservation form.    If final payment extension is granted (June 25, 2021), please note that package pricing subject to change.  You will have access to client portal to manage your reservation, to process final payment (failure to pay by deadline, may result in cancellation of reservation).  Payment installment service fee will be applied to reservation (2.9%), the fee will cover third party merchant for payments processing -- Escape Travel Events LLC does not receive credit for credit/debit card processing charges with Stripe or Paypal processing.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All deposits and subsequent payments are non-refundable. If you cancel within 90 days before final payment, you may be eligible to transfer your payments (not including deposit, plus cost of flights, if applicable) to another trip you book with Escape Travel Events LLC (affiliate of Sandy's Travel Connections) within 6 months of your original booking date. Your cancellation must be received in writing within 90 days of travel date departure to info@escapetravelevents.com. At 89 days or less, please refer to the terms and conditions of your travel insurance policy (if applicable). If reservation is cancelled and you later decide to travel, your new reservation will be subject to the rates and availability at the time you re-book. In the event the event is sold out, we will place you on a wait list. However, your reservation is not guaranteed, and your payments will remain non-refundable. *Important Notice: Deposits for all bookings are non refundable, cancellation policy excludes any affiliate partner hosted event or trip reservations,  please refer to their cancellation policy (disclosures provided at time of booking).
